This year’s theme, "Anchored in Unchanging Principles: Cyber at Agentic Velocity," reflects this inflection point. Intelligent systems are increasingly sensing signals, supporting decisions and triggering actions. As a result, the time it takes to move from these signals to decision and consequence is compressing, raising new questions around delegated authority, human judgement and accountability.
Across three days, the programme will address what cybersecurity at agentic velocity means in practice, from defending core systems against evolving threats and designing secure, future-ready architectures, to strengthening governance, people and collective action as cyber risks increasingly cross organisational, sectoral and national boundaries.

GovWare 2026 will also examine what these shifts mean for sectors where cyber disruption can have wider economic and societal consequences, through closed-door Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) Forums for Financial Services and Healthcare.
The Financial Services CII Forum will examine AI governance, post-quantum readiness, technology concentration risk and maintaining financial services during disruption, including a live incident scenario, "Keeping Money Moving." The Healthcare CII Forum will focus on patient safety and continuity of care, spanning AI adoption, third-party risk and operational resilience, including "Keeping Care Running: Operational & Cyber Resilience in Action," a scenario-driven discussion on sustaining care during active cyber disruption.
The exhibition floor will further reflect GovWare’s international reach, with country pavilions from the Czech Republic, Finland, France and, for the first time, Italy. Bringing together cybersecurity companies and capabilities from across Europe, the pavilions will provide a gateway for international innovation and expertise to connect with the region’s cybersecurity community.
Local cybersecurity innovation will also be represented through a showcase jointly presented by the CyberSG Research & Development Programme Office (CRPO) and CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, which will bring together 10 cybersecurity innovators in a dedicated showcase. These include StrongKeep, AI Guardian and AgentSure with technologies spanning AI security, agentic AI accountability and post-quantum readiness, demonstrating how Singapore-based research and innovation are being translated into real-world applications.
